UFC makes its return to the UFC Apex this Saturday for a ranked lightweight bout, headlined by hard-hitting muay thai fighter Rafael “Ataman” Fiziev and relentless wrestling threat Mateusz “Gamer” Gamrot. Both athletes have been in the Octagon with the best in the world and are keen on making a run toward the elite of the division.
From the start of his UFC tenure, Mateusz Gamrot has always been matched up against the best that the division has to offer, drawing Guram Kutateladze in his debut and later earning victories over the likes of Diego Ferreira, Arman Tsarukyan, and Jalin Turner. It was his win over Jeremy “Lil Heathen” Stephens however, that proved he is one of the best grapplers at 155lbs. Making short work of the UFC veteran, Mateusz Gamrot wrestled his way to top half guard early in the first round and as Stephens locked on to a kimura from bottom, Gamrot stepped over the head of Stephens and isolated the arm, finishing a kimura of his own soon after.

The reward for this challenge is a Series 1 Mateusz Gamrot Fandom Tier Moment from UFC Fight Night: Makhachev vs Moises. Gamrot defeated his opponent Jeremy Stephens via kimura submission in the first round.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Deadline: Collectors have until 11AM PT on Tuesday, September 26th to complete the Challenge. We will take a snapshot at that time to determine who meets the Challenge criteria. Only Moments burned during the Challenge window will be counted. No burns from previous Challenges will be counted. All criteria must be completed to earn the reward.
Completions: Each collector can complete the Challenge multiple times for multiple rewards. The final Edition size of the Moment will be equal to the number of total completions.
