Chan Sung Jung Hybrid Challenge

Hey Fight Fans! UFC is returning to Jacksonville for a high-stakes featherweight matchup and we’ve got a Hybrid Challenge that showcases one of the best featherweights to ever do it, “The Korean Zombie” Chan Sung Jung.🧟

In his first UFC main event matchup “The Korean Zombie” Chan Sung Jung faced Dustin “The Diamond” Poirier, who at the time was a burgeoning featherweight contender with a recent submission victory over Max Holloway. Meanwhile, Chan Sung Jung was on a two-fight win streak which included the first ever twister submission in UFC history.  

The fight was as competitive and entertaining as expected, but in the first half of the fourth round, Chan Sung Jung stunned Poirier with an upper-cut, hook combination and dropped him with a follow-up flying knee. “The Korean Zombie” then jumped to the front headlock position and wrapped up a D'arce choke, finishing the fight and earning himself a title shot against José Aldo.

REWARD

The reward for completing this challenge is a Series 1 Chan Sung Jung Fandom Tier Moment from UFC Fight Night: The Korean Zombie vs. Poirier. “The Korean Zombie” finished Poirier via D'arce Choke in the fourth round.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Deadline: Collectors have until 11 AM PT on Tuesday, June 27th, to complete the Challenge. The Burn Tool will be closed and we will take a snapshot at that time to determine who meets the Challenge criteria. Only Moments burned during the Challenge window will be counted. No burns from previous Challenges will be counted. All criteria must be completed to earn the reward. 

Completions: Each collector can complete the Challenge multiple times. The final Edition size of the Moment will be equal to the number of total completions.

Reward Delivery: Once the challenge ends, we will airdrop the Fandom Moment reward to qualifying collectors based on the final snapshot. Please allow up to one week for reward delivery.
