UFC 280 Collection Challenge

Celebrate Saturday’s epic UFC 280 with a Collection Challenge where you, the fan, needs to choose the fighter you think will win the UFC 280 Main Event. The Reward? An officially-licensed Fandom Moment from the winner of Charles Oliveira vs. Islam Makhachev. 

Charles Oliveira and Islam Makhachev meet in the main event of UFC 280 to determine the undisputed UFC Lightweight Champion. And we’re celebrating with a Collection Challenge determined by the result of the fight!

Here’s how it works… 

Based on the winner of the UFC 280 Main Event, Collectors will need to complete a Collection of three specific Moments. If Oliveira wins, you’ll need three Moments (see below) to earn the first-ever Charles Oliveira Fandom Moment. If Makhachev wins, you’ll need three different Moments (also listed below) to earn the first-ever Islam Makhachev Fandom Moment.

The Criteria connected to the losing fighter will not generate a Reward.

The UFC 280 Collection Challenge will end on Tuesday, October 25 at 11AM PT. Please hold the necessary Moments based on the UFC 280 Main Event outcome. See below for the full details...

The outcome of the UFC 280 Main Event will determine the Challenge Criteria and the Challenge Reward.

If Oliveira wins the fight, we will mint a Charles Oliveira Fandom Moment from his submission win against Justin Gaethje for Collectors who complete his Challenge Criteria. 

If Makhachev wins, we will mint an Islam Makhachev Fandom Moment from his submission win vs. Drew Dober for Collectors who complete his Challenge Criteria. 

The Criteria if Charles Oliveira Wins: Own ALL of the following moments:

• Charles Oliveira Contender Moment (Buy Now)
• Sean O’Malley Challenger Moment (Buy Now)
• Michael Chandler Fandom Moment (Buy Now)

The Criteria if Islam Makhachev Wins: Own ALL of the following moments:

• Islam Makhachev Challenger Moment (Buy Now)
• Khabib Nurmagomedov Contender Moment (Buy Now)
• Cheick Kongo Fandom Moment (Buy Now)

If a draw, no contest, or fight cancellation occurs in the UFC 280 Main Event, Collectors who complete the Collection Challenge will be given a voting ballot to choose between Charles Oliveira or Islam Makhachev as the Fandom Moment Reward. The voting majority will determine which Moment is minted and rewarded.

Of course, Collectors may complete both Challenge Criteria ahead of UFC 280 if they wish to earn the respective Reward, regardless of who wins.

Note: This is a different Challenge from the UFC 280 Hybrid Burn Challenge, which ended on Wednesday, October 19.

The UFC 280 Collection Challenge will end on Tuesday, October 25 at 11AM PT. Please hold the necessary Moments based on the UFC 280 Main Event outcome. We will communicate when the Collection Criteria is final based on that result. 

The Challenge Reward will be delivered shortly after Challenge Completion.
