Hi Strike Fans, Cub Swanson is returning at UFC Fight Night: Luque vs Dos Anjos so we are going to take a look at one of the best-aged moments from his historic UFC career. 

Since the WEC Cub Swanson has garnered a reputation as “your favorite fighter’s favorite fighter” and for good reason: not only does Cub show a tremendous amount of heart during his fights, putting on performances worthy of the UFC Hall of Fame, he serves as model training partner in his everyday life. This world-class performance against Charles “Do Bronx” Oliveira not only aged incredibly well, it was the third victory in a six fight win streak that saw him defeat the likes of Dustin Poirier, Ross Pearson and Jeremy Stephens.

Following his stoppage victories over Ross Pearson and George Roop, UFC Veteran Cub Swanson landed a nasty left hook to the body of a young Charles Oliveira, then connected with a massive overhand right. The blow stunned Oliveira for a moment until he eventually dropped to the canvas, bringing an end to the contest in round 1.

The reward for this challenge is a Series 1 Cub Swanson Fandom Tier Moment from UFC 152: Jones vs Belfort. Swanson defeated his opponent Charles Oliveira via KO in the first round. 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Deadline: Collectors have until 11AM PT on Tuesday, August 15th to complete the Challenge. The Burn Tool will be closed and we will take a snapshot at that time to determine who meets the Challenge criteria. Only Moments burned during the Challenge window will be counted. No burns from previous Challenges will be counted. All criteria must be completed to earn the reward. 

‍Completions: Each collector can complete the Challenge multiple times for multiple rewards. The final Edition size of the Moment will be equal to the number of total completions.
